Fran Cormack

Over a 30 year career, across multiple industries and several countries, Fran has gained experience and wisdom that he blends with his deep training in coaching. Leading teams for many years, Fran has had first hand experience of what makes for a high performing team, inspecting and adapting his approach as his knowledge broadens and his wisdom grows.

Fran has worked for global organisations in both private and retail banking, the non bank lending sector, for both the NSW and WA Government, the energy sector, and also in education. His leadership experience is what he brings to his coach practice, allowing him to work with you, seeing the whole you, as you explore together your goals and objectives.

Fran was trained by the highly respected Institute of Executive Coaches & Leaders (IECL), based in Sydney, in both Executive & Leadership Coaching, and Team Coaching. Fran is one of the first coaches to be trained in Team Coaching aligned to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Team Coaching competencies. This gives you the confidence you need to know that your are in the hands of a very experienced coach.

Fran has continued to develop his skill set as a coach, recently training in Systemic Coaching & Constellations, run by the creator, John Whittington. This brings another modality to what Fran can offer you, and specifically allows you to view your challenges a little differently, mapping the “invisible system”.

Fran is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Taking an embodied approach to the people Fran works with, he has a focus on wellbeing, somatics, and the critical skills of emotional intelligence.

As a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner, Fran can work with you, your organisations, and your teams, in better understanding, and building this critical leadership attribute. He can also offer an assessment on the Emotional Culture of your organisations, from the Genos Emotional Culture Index (ECI).

Fran’s coaching process includes mainly transformational coaching, but this is dependent on what the coaching counterpart and teams need that he works with.

Being trained in Executive and Leadership Coaching, Systemic Coaching & Constellations, and Team Coaching, Fran can offer a lot to his coaching counterparts.

Fran’s coaching is informed by Clean Language, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, and Narrative Coaching, amongst others, ensuring that each coaching session fits the needs of the participants.

Fran can get good results with most people he coaches, from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances. Fran works with the C-suite, their Leadership Teams, and the people who work in the teams that support delivery of the organisational goals.
