Anita Franks

Anita brings more than 20 years of experience across Leadership and Executive Capability, Organisational Performance, and Strategy Execution.

Her career has spanned mining, mining services, manufacturing, oil and gas, not-for-profit, and government sectors, working with organisations ranging from large, complex enterprises of more than 70,000 employees to small and growing businesses.

Anita has led teams and developed leaders across all levels of an organisation, from CEOs and executive teams through to frontline leaders and employees. Her experience includes hands-on support within regional operations, as well as leading and supporting complex organisational change across international environments.

She brings a practical, real-world perspective to leadership development, recognising that leadership extends beyond the classroom and is demonstrated every day through conversations, decisions and behaviours that influence organisational performance.

Anita is particularly passionate about helping leaders connect strategy with everyday work by creating clarity, building capable teams, and translating organisational intent into meaningful and sustainable change.
