Leaders who understand themselves, how they add value and how they get results are better positioned to mindfully lead others.
In this workshop, through a reflective process, participants discover more about their unique leadership style and how it is has been shaped by their values, beliefs and role models. They will learn why authentic leadership matters and what it is and work through a guided process to develop and clearly communicate their authentic leadership model.
Participants will leave with a clearer sense of who they are as a leader, their natural style and strengths and identified leadership growth focus areas.
This workshop is for organisations who want to support diversity of leadership styles and approaches and build mindful, self-aware and authentic leaders who understand how they add value and get results.
