This highly interactive workshop will get you thinking about how trust is impacting your team, the ways in which you are contributing to levels of trust and the things you can do personally to increase trust, build relationships and get the best from teams and collaborators.

- Full day workshop available
- Workshop can be delivered to groups of 16-30 participants with an additional facilitator
This workshops if for anyone who needs to build trusting relationships with others including managers and leaders of teams with any the following :
- Feedback/evidence that team trust or trust in leader is low (e.g. from survey)
- A desire to improve team culture
