Professional background
In Mining for both Aurelia Metals (2022-23) & St Barbara (2020-22) Alan has been the site lead for their first improvement program. For Penrith City Council (2017-18) Alan designed and implemented their transformation program. In Oil & Gas with Chevron Alan mentored Green Belts, delivered LSS training, and completed improvement projects.
Coaching process
For Chevron in WA, Alan oversaw the completion of approx. 100 Lean Six Sigma projects with $156M savings and trained over 400 attendees in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt.
