The Living on Purpose is a workshop where participants will learn to:
• Identify the elements that comprise their personal vision of happiness, fulfilment, and contentment
• Translate and define abstract concepts of happiness into tangible and meaningful concepts that participants can relate to and with which they can identify
• Understand the building blocks upon which their vision will depend
• Identify strategies to deliver each element of the participant’s vision
• Develop work-tasks for each strategy
• Develop a Personal Vision Statement that will guide and motivate participants into their future
• Identify techniques that enable participants to secure the help of others toward their own personal visions
This workshop provides attendees with:
• A clear understanding of the elements that will deliver them happiness
• A way to better deal with the choices they face daily
• A way to contribute toward their own happiness
• Tools and techniques that will help them avoid doing it all by themselves
People looking for assistance and clarity about their future goals.
People who struggle with options not knowing what or how to choose something that will be good for them.
People who might feel unsure about the future and not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.
A workbook and pencils are provided and will be used at the workshop.

Early in his career Jack was the CEO of a 500-person organisation, a director in Ernst & Young Consulting practice for over 5 years, and served with KPMG, Touché Ross and Ibis Strategy prior to working as an independent consultant with industry and as a mentor/coach. He has authored 7 books including two on Shareholder Value and Change Management and has experience as a director and Chairman for a range of organisations including being a past syndicate chair within the CEO institute. He is known for his business and organisational work in the strategic, mentoring, corporate repair, troubleshooting, problem solving, knowledge management and innovation areas, thriving on big challenges. However his real passion is for developing capability in both individuals and organisations for better decision making.
As well as substantial corporate experience, Jack holds a Doctor of Business Administration, an MBA and a BA in Economics and Sociology and was an Adjunct Professor (2009-2015) for RMIT in Melbourne. He has lectured at many universities and institutions and has taught Strategy, Corporate Planning, Management, Market Research and Consumer Behaviour.
