Ian’s commitment to excellence is underscored by his service with mountain rescue in Wales and his work as a personal trainer in London, where he collaborated with elite sporting teams and global business leaders.
Returning to Perth, Ian transitioned into organisational consulting, a role that took him across Australia, Botswana, Lesotho, Malaysia, and India.
His extensive experience in event management, including high-profile events such as the World Triathlon Championships, Rottnest Channel Swim, and City to Surf, reignited his passion for fostering high-performance cultures and mindsets.
