Overview
This workshop provides you and your team an introduction to the requirements of an ISO56000 compliant Innovation Management System. You will gain practical knowledge of its key elements and the know-how to start implementing persistent innovation capabilities and culture within your business.
The workshop covers immediately actionable guidance on (1) the innovation activities to increase their efficiency and effectiveness, (2) the management oversight of innovation activities to maximise value and Return on Innovation Investment (ROII), and (3) creating a persistent innovation culture within your business.

This workshop is for senior leaders, and staff engaged in innovation, product/service improvement, engineering or R&D activities and would like to align their existing or develop additional processes based on the ISO56000 Innovation Management System standards.

All materials including pre-reading materials, resource, a comprehensive workbook, a summary of the standards, case studies, group exercises, templates and canvases will be provided digitally. And lots of lollies to keep your energy up!
What to bring
This workshop is hands-on and fast paced and to get the most out of the day, it is recommended that you familiarise yourself with the pre-reading and resource materials sent to you a week before the workshop.

In today’s complex world and competitive markets, well developed innovation competencies are fundamental to the organisation’s ability to adapt and grow. I am the only innovation specialist that operates in both the Design Thinking and the Process Thinking phases of innovation.
