Design Thinking is a team sport of radical collaboration to solve complex challenges in highly uncertain environments using a human-centred approach. It is an approach that puts the needs of your clients as the foundation of your innovation efforts.
This workshop will provide you and your team with the practical know-how to apply Design Thinking techniques in your business and tools to conceptualise and design user-centric new products, services, processes, supply chains, business models, and route to markets that addresses clients’ unmet needs and improves their user experience. You will learn how to discover your customers’ latent needs, and design human services that will deliver value, and increase reach, effectiveness and efficiency in line with policy settings.
Using contemporary adult education and action learning methodologies, the course consists of two full-day modules spaced one week apart to allow you to implement your new knowledge in your business between modules.
This workshop is for senior leaders, and staff engaged in innovation, product/service improvement, engineering, or R&D activities.
