Overview
The Effective Communication workshop is a scoped and sequenced program that invites participants to examine their communication styles and how these may impact their workplace relationships.
In examining their communication style, participants will also explore their strengths, areas of further development, and strategies to engage with others effectively.
Supported by DISC profiling, participants will develop skills in creating, maintaining, and sustaining effective working relationships. The program also offers skill development in preparing for and engaging in courageous workplace conversations.

In 2021, Dr. Nancy was honoured with the ACEL Certificate of Excellence in Educational Leadership, and in 2020, Dr Nancy was awarded the ACEL New Voice Scholarship Award.
