This workshop provides participants with a fundamental grasp of conflict and examines various resolution styles to determine the most effective approaches for different situations. Intended for both workplace and community-based professionals, it focuses on turning conflicts into opportunities for growth.
Attendees will enhance their communication abilities through active listening and effective questioning techniques, and gain strategies for managing their emotions in difficult scenarios. The session features practical exercises that mimic real-life conflicts, enabling participants to practice and hone their new skills.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be armed with tools and resources to tackle unique challenges, reduce conflict, and approach conflict management with greater confidence and effectiveness.
