This highly interactive workshop can be customised to support your teams’ specific needs. Each workshop is designed to combine core concepts with an engaging, practical, and positive approach, ensuring the team finishes with both individual and team actions to continue to build effectiveness.
The workshop uses Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team as a core model to guide the session, exploring:
- creating alignment with team vision, purpose, and values
- understanding self and others through MBTI or DiSC
- building collaborative behaviours (eg. Trust, effective communications)
- utilising the GRIP team effectiveness questionnaire to assess improvement opportunities
- integrating team building activities to support improved team dynamics.
Team building activity options: Tower Challenge, Corporate/Office Trivia, Mine field, Hula hoop challenge, River crossing, Paper plane contest, Countdown, Survival scenario. Morgan will work with you to identify the key outcomes and then select the elements that will support your team.
