This half day session is designed to build team effectiveness, improving team dynamics & communications through a variety of small group experiential activities and self-awareness/skill building topics. Multiple activities will form a Teams Challenges, the activities are designed to be energising, tapping into the range of skills and knowledge within each group.
Self-awareness & skill building options include: Understanding trust, Above & below the line behaviour, Self-awareness with MBTI or DiSC, Effective communications, Values based team alignment, Your team impact image/statement.
The Teams Challenge: teams of 3 – 5 earn points from each activity. Activity options to suit both indoor, outdoor, and virtual formats, including: Tower Challenge, Corporate/Office Trivia, Mine field, Hula hoop challenge, Paper plane contest, Countdown , Survival scenario.
Morgan will work with you to understand your required outcomes and select the self-awareness and skill build options best suited.
This workshop is designed for groups from 6 - 16 looking to improve teamwork, build relationships and strengthen communications. The Teams Challenge adds a fun and energising element to team days. The Teams Challenge is suitable for both new and established teams.
The Teams Challenge activities can be selected to meet specific time, location, and group size requirements. The workshop can be tailored larger groups and virtual formats.
