Most people need support to move from being responsible for their own outcomes, to being responsible for the outcomes of a group of people. For new leaders this workshop focusses specifically on the advice, support and key principles to make the transition to leading others, smoother, quicker and more effective. For existing leaders the workshop will reinforce the need to modify their perspectives as their role evolves within the organisation.
This workshop is for existing and new people leaders who need to complement their existing technical skills sets by focussing their thinking in the areas that will optimise their performance as a leader
A range of handouts covering key topics, worksheets for activities, case studies to demonstrate examples and copies of the powerpoint presentation will be provided.
