Participants are taken through a range of key ways to apply their financial knowledge in day to day business decisions: - ratio analysis, budgeting, variance reporting, preparing business cases and cash flow management. As every business decision ultimately has a financial impact, everyone needs support to consider the financial impact of their decisions. When everyone is making better financial decisions across the organisation the financial health of the whole business improves dramatically.
