People join Organisations and leave people. 'Work loneliness is a distressing experience of having a higher desire for social connection than what is subjectively experienced at work' (Associate Professor Sarah Wright). This is associated with worse performance at work and the related absenteeism costs. To make sure you create a culture that will act as a protective factor, instead of a psychosocial hazard - build connection skills in your leaders. Project RECONNECT employs a neurobiological approach to forge quality connections and facilitate meaningful conversations within a psychologically safe environment. When the need for having difficult conversations arise, it will help to have developed quality connections in the workplace. During the 90-min workshop, participants will build their skills in fostering psychologically safe and connected teams by applying the latest research in three key areas: Awareness, Response and Tiny Connection Behaviours.
Who for: All employees, can be specifically customised for managers and leaders
All workshops come with a digital playbook – a coaching resource that aids the embedding of workshop learnings and participant application. Participants can use this resource pre/during/post the workshop.

At least her clients appreciate it - they always ask her back, so that’s proof, right?!
