Positive Psychology at work for Teams, with a strength-based lens. Utilising VIA Characters Strengths to build awareness and commence the strengths conversations and work.
Prior to attending the workshops, participants can complete their individual strengths survey for free and can refer to their individualised report during the workshop, as they learn about how to use their strengths.
If participant numbers permit, participants will actively engage in spotting strengths in others, otherwise this is more of a reflection activity.
Knowing and using our strengths can bring more energy, enjoyment, quality connection and high performance into our teams.
ALL (Team members, Managers & Leaders).
This workshop is for anyone who would like to build their skills in using their strengths and learning how a strength lens can help you increase your performance and engagement at work.
All workshops come with a digital playbook – this is a coaching resource that aids the embedding of workshop learnings and participant application. Participants can use this resource pre/during/post the workshop.

Why psychology? At 16, during a hockey camp, Charlotte discovered her lifelong passion for psychology, improvement, and personal potential with the help of a sports psychologist. At least her clients appreciate it - they always ask her back, so that’s proof, right?!
