This course is targeted at business and people leaders tasked with enabling transition to a new organisation and focuses on:
gaining an understanding of key challenges in leading successful mergers and acquisitions; identifying practical ways to support teams as they work through the merger or acquisition; exploring approaches for reducing anxiety and fear; applying a flexible approach to tactics employed.
