About the facilitator
Internationally accredited trainer and facilitator, Louisa Leung has been working as a coach, mentor, consultant, expert, trainer, and speaker in the Project Delivery space for over 15 years.
Louisa has previously held roles such as National Head of Consulting Services and has successfully set up multiple Project Management Offices (PMOs) and implemented Agile frameworks for large private and public sector organisations including PwC, NBNCo, Sydney Water and Dimension Data. She has spent many years in Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master positions rolling out organisational change with valuable experience from both technical and non-technical aspects of IT in a variety of industry sectors.
With real world experience and industry knowledge and expertise, Louisa is a bridge between theory and real workplace practices. She has worked her way both horizontally and vertically through numerous roles allowing her to connect the dots between all aspects of Project Delivery.
