Geoff also has specialist expertise in LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGN and has conducted numerous programs on how to design and deliver training (including e-learning) that is efficient, effective and engaging. Many learning professionals have benefitted from his 'Predictable Learning' methodology and his 'Ready-Set-Go-Show' implementation framework for impactful blended learning.

Geoff has played an active role in the L&D INDUSTRY. He has held a number of roles at the Asia Pacific Institute of Learning & Performance, which awarded him Life Fellow status. Geoff is especially proud of the APILP Innovation Award for the unique, work-based leadership development program that he created.
In case formal QUALIFICATIONS matter, Geoff has a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons.) majoring in Business Science and Psychology. He also has an MBA (specialising in Organisation Development and a research thesis on Transfer of Training).
