Visual management is an essential tool for a Lean environment and is the link between the data and the people. You can't manage what you can't measure and it is critical that people in a workplace have access to the right information at all times, whether that be production targets or standard work documents. If good visual management is in place, people should know at a glace how things are going in the business and what issues need to be addressed.
This workshop will train participants in the power of visual management and how displaying the right information, pitched at the right organisational level will enhance the engagement of your teams.
