This 90-min workshop helps leaders to build their skills in fostering psychologically safe and connected teams.
Quality connections in the workplace act as a stress buffer and protect against psychosocial hazards. Project RECONNECT employs a neurobiological approach to forge quality connections and facilitate meaningful conversations within a psychologically safe environment. It focuses on developing connected leaders and teams by applying the latest research in three key areas:
Awareness, to prevent burnout and understand how personal wellbeing affects our connections;
Response, to learn how to react in ways that foster quality connections;
Tiny Behaviours, to encourage collaboration through small, consistent actions.
Participants will gain knowledge and evidence-based strategies to help nurture and maintain quality connections that promote wellbeing at work.
Who for: All employees, can be specifically customised for managers and leaders
All workshops come with a digital playbook – a coaching resource that aids the embedding of workshop learnings and participant application. Participants can use this resource pre/during/post the workshop.

At least her clients appreciate it - they always ask her back, so that’s proof, right?!
