Job interviews remain the most common method used by employers to determine which candidate is the most suitable for a job offer. But for many of us interviewing can make us nervous and if we are not prepared it can hold us back from achieving our career goals.
This Interviewing Essentials workshop helps candidates to feel confident in preparing for a job interview, having a framework for responding to interview questions and how to stand out from other candidates as being the most suitable for the job.
This workshop is essential for anyone seeking to secure their next role. It includes candidates who are preparing for an internal job application to achieve a promotion, those seeking their next career opportunity and those who may be impacted by redundancy or organisational structural changes resulting in a selection process involving an interview.
A resource kit including sample interview questions and a framework for responding to behavioural based interview questions
