In today's workplace everyone is being challenged to achieve more within the set time us have at work. Some of us choose to work longer, some of us choose to work faster, very few of us really know how to work smarter! Based on the full day workshop " Working Smarter to Achieve More" this condensed version covers all of the key content required for participants to reflect on their current work practices and then change what they are doing to be more effective in the workplace.
People leaders and individual contributors wanting to achieve more in the workplace. Whether this be in a day or over a year! As a shorter workshop, there is an expectation for participants to spend some time following the session to map out how to apply their learning in the workplace.
All handouts and activities are provided
