Marty specializes in facilitating coaching conversations with clients to clarify their outcomes, what beliefs, values and patterns have been preventing them from achieving their outcomes, and help them create personal transformation at a deeper level. He also specializes in facilitating strategic and operational planning, developing high-performance, results-focused teams and implementing operational-excellence discipline.
Coaching process
Marty offers 1-2-1 coaching blocks of 6, 8, or 12 sessions, depending on the client’s needs.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length.
Cadence is agreed upon with the client – ranging from every 1 – 4 weeks.
Marty specialises in transformational coaching – identifying values conflicts, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs that are impacting his client’s performance. He uses a suite of transformation tools to help clients overcome these obstacles and supports them in creating sustainable transformation in their performance.
