Professional background
Ro is a change professional, author and coach, and has held senior leadership positions with Siemens Business Services in the UK and leadership roles within Water Corporation within WA. She has worked with the global organisation Elsevier in developing and delivering a Leading Change programme for over 200 of their senior leaders. She has also assisted some of Australia’s largest names with change capability development including, BHP, ANZ and NAB and supported capability development and corporate solutions for WA organisations Bankwest, CBH, Town of Port Hedland and Murdoch University. Ro has been coaching individuals and teams for the last 18 years and is a multiple-published author on coaching. She is a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Team Coach at Practitioner and Individual Levels as well as a qualified Professional Coach.
Coaching process
Ro’s coaching process is iterative and developed through years of working with individuals and teams:Â
- Identify need and relationship building
- Discovery – contextualising the team coaching brief. This includes meeting with team members and individuals as well as the team sponsor/leaderÂ
- Exploration – during the first session to share discovery findings and hone goals and purpose Session coaching goals – each session has a specific goal defined by the team or individual Transitioning out of the coaching assignment including development planning
- Evaluation and review
