Overview
Change is around us everyday and everywhere - more so, since the Covid19 pandemic. Being able to deal and manage change, is now a critical fundamental skill in our fast paced changing world. But what are the fundamentals, the core change management practices that enable you to firstly understand, then apply and finally enable you to layer additional skills over complex requirements? You’ll learn practical Change Management skills for facilitating change, and be able to plan for change and potential problems.

Bev is an experienced Change Management specialist who has 15+ years of pragmatic business delivery experience across a broad range of services and industries. She takes her experiences and converts them into practical case studies and learning examples to support the education of others.
Her career highlights have created a diversity of thinking and learning that is willingly shared with others, from growing a National training team for a financial organisation, building change chapters for corporations and associations, creating and deploying several capability frameworks with training pathways – all blend with her exceptional change management experience to provide a unique learning experience for each individual.
Bev’s qualifications include: Graduate Certificate in Change Management (UNSW), APMG UK Accredited Facilitation (CM Foundation & Practitioner), Certificate IV TAE. She is currently completing her ACMP CCMP Change Management Standards accreditation.
She has successfully led and developed an in-house team of 10 change practitioners at HBF, provided in-house training for Modis consulting, facilitated APMG CM courses since 2012 and has provided change management resourcing for Department of Fire & Emergency Services, BHP, Landgate, City of Canning.
Bev is currently the President of the Association of Change Management Professionals Perth Chapter (which she initiated in 2018) and was previously the Chapter Lead for the Change Management Institute, Perth.
