In modern working environments, too many people are stressed, under pressure and time poor. To effectively re-energise their workforces, organisations need to shift their emphasis from getting more out of people to investing more in them, so they are motivated—and able—to bring more of themselves to work every day. To recharge themselves, individuals need to recognise the costs of energy-depleting behaviours and then take responsibility for changing them, regardless of the circumstances they’re facing. In this workshop Marny works with participants to take control of their own energy by adopting a series of evidence-based rituals that can be used to re-energise their professional and their personal lives. We can’t always find more time in our day, but we can certainly find more energy.
Leaders and teams experiencing low energy and need to reenergise; or workplace teams who are keen to reenergise staff in order to build wellness
Handouts provided at the workshop
