Based on the Lencioni 5 Dysfunctions of a Team diagnostic, the session unpacks the results of the assessment against the hierarchy of trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results.
Through focused discussions and activities, participants identify their strengths and opportunities, the behaviours that are supporting them, and the things that might be getting in their way, and collectively agree on actions to build effectiveness.
Participants will also have the opportunity to reflect on how they are contributing to the team and will be encouraged to make a personal commitment to support team success. NOTE: This workshop is costed with 16 Lencioni Assessment Reports.
