Overview
Let’s face it, workplaces are a melting pot of different personalities - wonderfully flawed individuals working with other wonderfully flawed individuals. Navigating these different personalities and communication styles for the best outcomes, can -at times- be challenging (and that’s putting it mildly).
Build Trusting Teams is designed to help you take the guess work out of it. Whether you have a newly created team that needs to get to know each other better or an existing group of awesome people who occasionally “clash”, I can help you build trust and greater collaboration. With collaboration comes improved productivity and results.
By working with the latest profiling tools, your teams will gain an insight into their individual style, the styles of those around them, and how they can celebrate and best work to the strengths and differences within their team.

Ange is a highly experienced communication expert, passionate about enhancing the way individuals and teams interact and present for greater outcomes. It is at the heart of everything she does.
Whether your goal is to increase trust and collaboration amongst workmates, give teams the additional tools to take their customer service delivery to the next level or help individuals realise their potential as presenters, Ange will work with you to create an engaging and dynamic workshop which meets your communication objectives.
Ange’s love of facilitation came from the professional development opportunities presented to her during her 15 years plus of experience within the corporate sales environment. She transitioned into training over 8 years ago, and now - 1000s of delegates later - is driven to influence positive and lasting change for her participants.
Angela has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a DiSC and REACH Certified Practitioner.
