Overview
Knowing your product won't give you many sales. Knowing your customer will. In this workshop we take a holistic view (Eagle eye perspective) and emphasise on the psychology of buying decisions. The first half of this workshop is about understanding human behaviour, the second part equips participants with tools and strategies to apply the learning in their work and life.
Using storytelling, reflective discussions, guided conversations or role plays we truly connect the head with the heart to foster long term retention. Expect colourful cards, whiteboard, group work - and only VERY little PowerPoint
