In this short interactive session, we will focus on the techniques and strategies participants can use to look after themselves and those on their team.
We will start with understanding resilience and the importance of looking after their well-being; covering topics such as moving my mood and funk busters.
With an understanding of resilience, participants will engage in an activity to explore different ways to maintain their well-being and build resilience.
The session will wrap up with the sharing of ideas to maintain well-being individually and within their team.
Everyone who wants to develop strategies for their own well-being and support their team to be resilient.
