Overview
Most companies spend a fortune on recruiting a group of smart people together and hoping to create synergy by combining their skills. Despite the best intentions of these smart people, some of them just can’t work well together resulting in sub-optimum results and untapped potentials.
Most of the time professionals cannot work out why their team deliver sub-optimum results or they don’t even realise how much potential is untapped. It seems invisible forces work against their team performance. This workshop will provide participants with practical knowledge and toolkit to uncover, measure, and to have targeted action plan to work on those invisible forces.

Handouts/materials provided
1) Participants will learn about cognitive diversity and communication blueprint through GlobalDISC assessment report in pdf
2) Workshop materials will be distributed during the workshop
3) Add-ons:
a. GlobalDISC assessment for mapping individual behaviour and communication blueprint (A$200)
b. Participants can have one hour individual debrief session on their GlobalDISC assessment (A$500)
b. Psychological safety assessment for teams and debrief (minimum 5 participants in a team - A$1000)

About the facilitator
Hendro is a management consultant and executive coach with a proven track-record in business transformation, change management and innovation. Some of his work includes designing and leading a safety culture improvement program at a mining operation with approximately 10,000 on-site personnel, working in a transformation office to deliver a $0.5B annual productivity impact, and providing regular coaching for Product Innovation Team Leaders at a consumer goods company with $0.5B annual revenue.
Hendro has developed his approach based on his practical experience in using various change frameworks, his PhD research in Complexity, Collective Habits, and Innovation topic, as well as his expertise as a GlobalDISC Master Trainer and Psychological Safety Practitioner.
Hendro works with leaders across industries to orchestrate change, deliver coaching programs on practical business leadership skills, and facilitate strategic workshops. He has worked with leaders in heavy industry, FMCGs, and estate management. Hendro is now serving as a Board Member for Pemimpin.ID, a not-for-profit organisation focusing on empowering young leaders in Indonesia.
Leaders value working with Hendro as he does not teach them to use templates, instead he provides them with the practical skills, tools and exercises to expand their comfort zones and improve their critical thinking capabilities.
