This workshop is designed for participants who are familiar with the basics of project management and wish to drill down into a few topics more deeply. This is a highly customised workshop that will involve development of a case study with the organisation prior to the workshop. Participants will apply project management tools during the session using this case study. Organisations can choose which topics they wish included in the session usually up to three.
This workshop is aimed at participants who are subject matter experts and are new to project leadership.
Participants will be provided with the relevant project management tools (dependent on the topics chosen) and a PPT pack.
