In this dynamic course, participants delve into the theory, mindset, and essential skills necessary for effective delegation. They receive a roadmap for meticulous delegation planning, guiding managers to thoughtfully allocate tasks and responsibilities to suitable team members.
Best communicate practices are also explored including expectations, timelines, scheduling check-ins and determining consequences.
Finally, best practices post delegation are provided including how to provide effective feedback and use insightful questions.
Through a blend of self-reflection exercises, group discussions, and practical tools, participants will assess and enhance their delegation prowess. Sessions include a workbook (to increase commitment to change and provide self-reflection time), discussion, best practices and practical tools for leaders to use immediately.
Emerging and current leaders.
Participants will receive a workbook, a 14-step delegation worksheet and a one-page delegation infographic to reference after the program.
