The Advanced Allyship program helps organisations equip staff with the awareness and skills required to take personal responsibility for their own behaviours and biases. It also delivers practical strategies to enable people to step up, step in and be safe in dismantling bias and challenging unhelpful behaviours to create a safe environment where everyone feels they belong.
Workshop can also be delivered to groups of 16-30 participants with an additional facilitator .
This workshop is for organisations that are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and want to increase the capacity of their leaders and staff to build safe and inclusive work environments by enhancing their understanding of allyship and building their skills, capacity and confidence to address unhelpful behaviours in themselves and others.
