This workshop is focussed on mind management using evidence-based principles to help navigate your way through your working day (and life outside of work) in a calmer more effective manner.
This workshop is for all of us- Dr Trevor Simper has spent many years working with groups and individuals combining counselling and psychotherapy practice and academic research with facilitation of groups in numerous industries and Universities. The underpining to this way of managing the mind is good science and the understanding of it will be clear for everyone involved.
