Conflict is a word that has many connotations for people. So much so that I believe healthy conflict, which is essential for high performance in teams, "gets thrown out with the bathwater".
This workshop will support you and your teams to reframe conflict, understand the types of conflict, and introduce a language that facilitates teams building their conflict muscle.
