This half day interactive workshop will cover how to create desire, engagement and buy in for improvement projects. Goal setting, ownership, action management and accountability strategies will provide a platform from concept through to a sustained outcome. How people feel and respond during change will be highlighted to give all attendees an awareness of the key aspects to look for in their teams during change.
All levels of the business. We will cover how we measure contribution at each level to ensure improvement is quantified in the correct manner.

With a focus on People, Process and Performance, Ed has led and supported leaders and change transformations in multiple industries.
Working extensively across 3 global regions; Europe, North America and APAC, he has continued to gain knowledge. Initially, in global manufacturing with Procter & Gamble, and subsequently within disability support services, public sector services, and mineral resources. He is driven to improve business outcomes and process management, specialising in how teams and individuals engage with processes through a dynamic systematic approach.
As a certified Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt, Ed utilities Lean as a standard cross-industry platform for improvement and is data driven when making decisions. He views change as a move from one emotional state to another and has gained insight into the unique, yet similar, challenges each industry faces to create a positive culture and a team of creative problem solvers.
With a mantra that there is greatness within everyone, he is comfortable across all business levels to provide learning and facilitate change.
Mindset and mood play a critical part to how people show up for work and creating positive working environments ensures each and every person can contribute and give their best.
Ed is organised, structured, systematic and uses frameworks and models to simplify the connections between people, process and deliverables. Having held leadership, technical, engineering and consultant roles, he is an advocate for change, approaching all assignments passionately, enthusiastically and able to mentor, coach or train where required.
