During Covid-19 and in the new world of work, adaptability and agility are one of key skills leaders and their teams need for their business to thrive. In this workshop the group will reflect on the challenges presented in their work over the past year and adapt it to the new normal of our working world. Using interactive exercises and latest research from successful start-ups to pivoting giants in business we will define what new ways of working works for us.
