Our team at NextOre recently participated in a 5S workshop conducted by Mr. Sam Macaluso from the Essemy team, and it was an incredibly valuable experience.The session was well-structured and engaging, providing us with practical tools and insights to improve our workplace organization and efficiency.The facilitator, Sam, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making the concepts of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) easy to understand and apply. Through interactive activities and real-life examples, we were able to see the immediate benefits of implementing these principles in our daily operations.These not only reinforced our learning but also made the session fun and engaging. Essemy recently provided Preventing Bullying and Harassment Training on site to our staff. This was delivered as part of our mandatory training schedule which staff are required to attend. Sharlie made this subject very easy to talk about and the discussion was very open and relaxed. This delivery method was perfect for our staff as it made for a safe space to contribute and better understanding of reasonable behaviour by learning from each other as well as the content. This was very well received training!!

I recently booked a team-building facilitator through this organization, and the experience was fantastic. The process was easy, communication was great, and the assigned coordinator provided excellent and helpful service throughout. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Essemy ran a fantastic session for our team, underlining the importance of recognising and respecting people’s differences in the way they interact and engage in the workplace. The facilitator (Suzy) was superb in finding the right mix between delivering informative and insightful content and running activities to keep it fun and engaging. Received great feedback from the team and would certainly recommend them.

The team at Essemy are doing excellent work all round – as a facilitator it’s great to focus on my areas of expertise, tailor training to client needs and this leads to great short and long term outcomes for participants. What a great concept – work directly with the facilitator supported by expert account managers. None of the cost, confusion and delays involved with wading through a range of intermediaries with their asscoiated red tape! A value for money alternative for delivering great learning outcomes in a tailored and practical way. Highly recommended.

We recently engaged Essemy to facilitate a team building workshop. We selected / were assigned, Morgan Holmes for the workshop. Morgan took the time to understand our needs prior to the event and tailored her workshop accordingly.
