Overview
This session has been designed for Team Leaders or Managers that are either new to project management or are looking to supplement their “hands on” experience with a formal process. It is an interactive workshop that has been developed to assist participants in planning how they will establish and manage a project.
The workshop can be customised to include an organisations own Performance Management Process and tools. Please note that significant customisation may attract a deign fee'.
