Sam Feltaous

Sam is a highly experienced business improvement coach and facilitator, who has worked across a wide range of industries. He has over 20 years of experience leading and delivering significant business performance improvements in a wide range of organisations.

Sam has particular expertise in the application of Lean & Six Sigma, business process re-engineering, Change Management and the implementation of Management Systems. Sam has a Bachelor of Engineering Chemical degree from the University of Sydney and is certified as Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt.

Sam takes a pragmatic "at the coal face" approach to performance improvement, working with businesses across their organisation. He applies practical frameworks and tools based on the experience of "what works in the field". He has applied business improvement expertise to a range of business functions that include: Mining, Utilities, Maintenance, Asset Management, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Order Processing, logistics and Supply Chain.

Sam has a strong record of achievement in delivering improvements in business performance in a range of companies. He has worked with: BHP, Glencore, Pacific National, Sydney Trains, Amcor, Goodman Fielder, Dairy Farmers, AMP, The Water Corporation, ACT Revenue Office, Rio Tinto, Capral Aluminium and Knauf.
