About the facilitator
Ben Brearley is an experienced leader with more than 15 years of experience in team leadership, project & program management and middle-management roles. He started his career in the technology sector, and has since led people and projects in industries including Healthcare, Government, Utilities, Management Consulting and IT.
Ben's facilitation style is casual, conversational and inclusive. He aims to help people open up and contribute so that others can learn from their experience as well as learn the training or workshop content.
