She designs and develops courses that are well-structured, visually appealing, and on-brand.

Renae has a post-graduate degree in higher education academic practice and is at the forefront of best practices in teaching and learning trends today.
Renae has experience building learning programs for various clients in the government and private sectors, including the Public Sector Commission, Team Global Express (formerly Toll), Curtin University and numerous small to medium businesses in Australia. The topics range from leadership and team development programs, compliance training, employee onboarding, cultural mentoring, recruitment, trust and psychological safety training, and process and systems training.
From course design to digital delivery, Renae has many satisfied clients, successfully connecting their brand, content, and learners to achieve their learning goals.
Renae uses a software suite to develop eLearning, including Articulate 360 (Rise360 and Storyline), Camtasia and the Adobe Creative Suite. She also has extensive knowledge of Learning Management Systems and can assist her clients in choosing a system that suits their needs and budget.
In addition to learning design and development, Renae is an accredited DiSC Facilitator and has spent over four years helping clients understand themselves and their colleagues to improve the health of workplace relationships.
