Renae Flegg specialises in designing and developing engaging online learning. Renae uses her 20 years of experience in communication and design to create a great user experience for learners. She designs and develops courses that are not only well structured but visually appealing and on-brand.

Renae has recently completed a post-graduate degree in higher education and is at the forefront of best practices in teaching and learning trends today.
Renae has experience building learning programs for a variety of clients. The topics range from team development programs to leadership development, cultural mentoring, recruitment processes, trust and psychological safety training, and eLearning for SAAS products.
From course design to digital delivery, Renae has many satisfied clients, successfully connecting their brand, content, and learners to achieve their learning goals.
Renae uses a software suite to develop eLearning, including Articulate 360 (Rise360 and Storyline), Camtasia and the Adobe Creative Suite.
In addition to learning design and development, Renae is an accredited DiSC Facilitator and has spent over four years helping clients understand themselves and their colleagues to improve the health of workplace relationships.
