Having spent 20 years in a management consulting role supporting global companies with strategic transformation and organisational change, she understands the value of an aligned team with a clear vision and a compelling purpose and how to take practical steps to shape their culture, capability and ways of working to achieve their goals.

Joanne believes creativity in the workplace comes from a deep appreciation of our unique strengths and unleashing these together to have a meaningful impact. As a Gallup Strengths coach, she enjoys working with teams to discover their diverse strengths and develop the collaborative ways of working together to best harness these for collective success.

Joanne leads with a strategic outlook, a creative approach and a positive attitude. She enjoys designing and facilitating experiential leadership and team development programs and bring warmth, openness and flexibility to work within and alongside teams as they navigate learning, growth and performance improvement together. She is adaptable to different organisational contexts and is equally comfortable working with executive leadership teams and frontline operations.

Joanne is a qualified IECL Organisational Coach, Gallup Strengths coach, Everything DiSC Practitioner and holds a Certificate in Creative Leadership.
