Essemy experts go through a stringent quality assurance process so that clients can be confident that they are getting access to the best talent and solutions for their people.

How it works

The most critical element of any face to face learning experience is the experts’ ability to transfer knowledge, engage and facilitate outcomes. Yet, all too often training fails to meet the diverse needs of individuals and businesses as real choice is lacking in the training marketplace in both access to specialised workshops and true subject matter experts.

We are challenging the status quo by building a marketplace where the choice is in the hands of the buyer. Essemy provides direct access to booking workshops developed and delivered by the experts themselves.

Meet the team

Andrew Christofides

Andrew has dedicated the past 15 years of his career to working in organisational design, people development and business improvement with a passion for helping organisations achieve both learning and operational outcomes. He was a co-director of one of WAs largest Lean training and consulting firms and spent an early part of his career helping Navitas Consulting Services build their national business improvement capability.

Dan Batey

Dan has a background in building and leading businesses in the education and business improvement sectors. He setup colleges in Indonesia and led several businesses for Navitas Ltd working across Australian, South East Asian & European markets. His career has had a large focus on business improvement & Lean and he has worked with some of Australia’s leading companies on their operational excellence strategies.

Suzy Roche

Suzy is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience in international organisations. She specialises in facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and digital learning technologies. Suzy holds a Bachelor of Arts, various management and coaching certifications, and a Master’s in Instructional Design. She has led successful projects in diverse sectors and supports clients and facilitation as Head of Delivery and Quality.

Lisa Thornton-Rowe

Lisa has over 10 years’ experience in supporting organisations in their learning journey and is a highly experienced Operations Coordinator in learning and development. Lisa supports Essemy clients with their coordination and setup of programs and workshops to ensure all the logistics are managed seamlessly. Prior to joining Essemy, Lisa was a Learning and Development Coordinator with AIMWA and worked across both private and government organisations.

Corné van Vuuren

Corné is passionate about supporting organisations with their people, learning and development goals. She is a highly experienced learning and development business partner having worked for a number of specialist training providers supporting clients and held L&D roles within government enterprise as well as in the private sector. Her career has spanned, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. Corné assists clients in designing solutions as well as supporting delivery coordination.
