Andrew Christofides

Andrew has dedicated the past 15 years of his career to working in organisational design, people development and business improvement with a passion for helping organisations achieve both learning and operational outcomes. He was a co-director of one of WAs largest Lean training and consulting firms and spent an early part of his career helping Navitas Consulting Services build their national business improvement capability.

Dan Batey

Dan has a background in building and leading businesses in the education and business improvement sectors. He setup colleges in Indonesia and led several businesses for Navitas Ltd working across Australian, South East Asian & European markets. His career has had a large focus on business improvement & Lean and he has worked with some of Australia’s leading companies on their operational excellence strategies.

Suzy Roche

Suzy is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience in international organisations. She specialises in facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and digital learning technologies. Suzy holds a Bachelor of Arts, various management and coaching certifications, and a Master’s in Instructional Design. She has led successful projects in diverse sectors and supports clients and facilitation as Head of Delivery and Quality.

Lisa Thornton-Rowe

Lisa has over 10 years’ experience in supporting organisations in their learning journey and is a highly experienced Operations Coordinator in learning and development. Lisa supports Essemy clients with their coordination and setup of programs and workshops to ensure all the logistics are managed seamlessly. Prior to joining Essemy, Lisa was a Learning and Development Coordinator with AIMWA and worked across both private and government organisations.

Maia Lalwani

Maia has over 15 years’ experience in client relationship management, operational leadership, and organisational development within Australia’s workforce education and training sector. She has driven business expansion, led large-scale training rollouts, and partnered with HR and operational leaders from SME’s through to iconic national brands. As Regional Manager – East Coast, Maia builds genuine client partnerships, delivering tailored solutions that translate Essemy’s brand promise of ‘making every learning opportunity count’ into lasting impact.

Clara Lizano

Clara Lizano is a strategic brand and marketing specialist with over 9 years of experience in driving growth through digital campaigns, brand development, and content strategy. As Marketing Manager at Essemy, she supports the company’s communication strategy by overseeing how the brand shows up across digital platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and connection. With a sharp focus on improving digital presence and amplifying Essemy’s message, Clara combines creative direction with strategic thinking to help the brand reach the right audience with purpose and impact.

Rachelle Saulog

Rachelle brings over 25 years of experience in administration, client support and delivery management to Essemy. She started her career in the accounting industry for a subsidiary of KPMG, and went on to spend more than 10 years in a key operations and administrative positions at a leading provider of presentation and communication skills training. Rachelle supports Essemy clients with coordination of training and consulting initiatives.

Renae Flegg

Renae Flegg is our Creative Designer, specialising in engaging online and blended learning experiences that connect brand, content, and learners. With over 20 years of experience in communication and design and a post-graduate degree in higher education academic practice, she brings strategy, structure, and strong visual storytelling to every project. Renae designs user-focused, on-brand learning programs for government, enterprise, and SMEs across Australia, covering leadership, onboarding, compliance, culture, and systems, and is also an accredited DiSC Facilitator who helps teams build healthier and more effective working relationships.

Eymard Sy

Eymard Sy is an Operations Coordinator with over five years of experience supporting a tech startup and collaborating on multiple research projects. They work closely with founders, teams, and clients to keep operations running smoothly, projects on track, and communication clear. With a practical and detail-focused approach, Eymard helps turn ideas into organized, manageable workflows so teams can focus on the work that matters.
