The Wellness Industry was worth over $600 Billion Dollars in 2020, and rising. Rather than see this as separate from the workplace, this workshop is designed to bring mental wellness into your organisation. Using latest research in resilience, mindfulness and emotional agility participants will be guided to find the centre of their own way of being, whilst learning how to maintain that in the messy world of work and communicate effectively.
This workshop is for anyone looking for a retreat within their busy world of work. Participants will explore and reset what mental wellness means to them, and discover tools and techniques for finding their flow and thriving in their work.
Slides, research, and extra notes will be provided in an elegantly designed participant learning journal.
