This workshop is designed to provide a "health check" for a team, allowing all team members and the team leader to contribute their views in a respectful and constructive forum.
The workshop uses the Atlassian high-performing teams framework as the basis for the discussion.
During the workshop, each participant votes on 8 dimensions and then writes the reason for their vote on a post-it note (or virtual equivalent). The voting is not intended to be anonymous - each team member needs to provide the reason for their response.
After all responses have been collected, a discussion is facilitated to highlight the key points or any patterns emerging from the responses. Following discussion of all 8 dimensions, the group engages in a facilitated discussion (breaking into smaller sub-groups as needed) to determine the top areas to work on, and develops an appropriate action plan.
This workshop is for teams (of any level) who would like assistance from an experienced external facilitator to gain a transparent view of their strengths and weaknesses and begin to take steps to improving their performance and cohesion.
Following the session, the team lead will receive a simple report detailing the health check responses (from each participant) and any actions recorded from the session.
